  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain into glass.

Lions Tail is invigorating very strong cocktail at 2.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml bourbon angels envy and 10ml allspice dram liqueur with 10ml bitters as well as 20ml persian lime juice including 10ml sugar syrup also 100ml ice and best at tea time. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
