Method - Poured - Cold

Half fill glass with ice.
Add gin.
Add lime juice.
Top with soda water or flat water.
Garnish with fine slice of lime.

Lime Gimlet is bitter tonic light cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin old baileys and 30ml lime juice with 30ml soda water as well as 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just half fill glass with ice then add gin and add lime juice. Top with soda water or flat water and garnish with fine slice of lime and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
