Method
  1. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  2. Shake well until emulsified.
  3. Strain into glass.

Lime Custard Tart is scrumptious full bodied cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml lime liqueur cream and 30ml vodka with 30ml egg yolk as well as 30ml lime juice including 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just add all ingredients to shaker then shake well until emulsified and strain into glass and garnish with candy lime peel and served in a saucer glass cold.
