Method
  1. Add three segment of pomelo into glass.
  2. Pour in the ice cubes.
  3. Add in the gin and pineapple juice.
  4. Add pomelo juice.
  5. Stir in tonic water.

Lighthouse is acidic average cocktail at 1.5 standard drinks. Built with 45ml gin lighthouse and 15ml pineapple juice with 15ml pomelo juice as well as 95ml tonic water including 130ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add three segment of pomelo into glass then pour in the ice cubes and add in the gin and pineapple juice. Add pomelo juice and stir in tonic water and served in a goblet glass cold.
