Light Blue Hula Highball is enjoyable full bodied cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Built with 30ml okolehao and 30ml hawaiian punch blue light with 10ml lemon juice as well as 30ml soda water including 190ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add the ice into tall glass then pour in the okolehao and pour in a little lemon juice. Add the soda water and sprinkle the light blue punch on top and drinks well with beef steak and served in a highball glass cold.
