Method
  1. Add ice to cocktail blender.
  2. Pour all ingredients into cocktail blender.
  3. Blend until very smooth.
  4. Pour into glass.

Licuados Rambutan is moreish diluted cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Blended with 30ml rambutan liqueur and 30ml yoghurt with 60ml rambutan pulp as well as 60ml milk including 60ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to cocktail blender then pour all ingredients into cocktail blender and blend until very smooth. Pour into glass and served in a poco grande glass cold.
