Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Pour in licorice liqueur.
  3. Add lemon juice.
  4. Top with soda water.
  5. Garnish with lemon peel.

Licorice Rickey is bitter smooth cocktail at 0.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml licorice liqueur marie brizard and 15ml lemon juice with 55ml soda water as well as 190ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just fill glass with ice then pour in licorice liqueur and add lemon juice. Top with soda water and garnish with lemon peel and served in a highball glass cold.
