Method
  1. Place ice into mixing glass.
  2. Pour ingredients into barl mixing glass.
  3. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Hawthorne strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with fan of apple.

Liberty is palatable heavy cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 50ml applejack and 20ml rum light white bundaberg with 20ml sugar syrup as well as 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour ingredients into barl mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Hawthorne strain into glass and garnish with fan of apple and served in a martini glass cold.
