Place ice into glass.
Add nip of mampoer to glass.

Mampoer - Mampoer product is made from peach apricot litchi and other fruit. The distilling process is entirely natural.

Bitters Orange - Orange bitters is a form of bitters a cocktail flavoring made from the peels of Seville oranges cardamom caraway seed coriander and burnt sugar in an alcohol base.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Level3 Capetown is beguiling standard cocktail at 0.8 standard drinks. Layered with 45ml mampoer and 10ml bitters orange with 45ml orange juice as well as 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just place ice into glass then add nip of mampoer to glass and pour in orange juice. Splash bitters on top and served in a highball glass cold.
