Leos Special is luscious strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vermouth bianco zarro and 15ml apricot liqueur tamborine mountain with 10ml bitters dutch kenny as well as 35ml sparkling wine white and best with lunch. Just place small peel strip into glass then add ounce of vermouth to glass and pour in the liqueur. Add in the sparkling white wine and sprinkle bitters on top and served in a flute glass cold.
