Leopold Bomb is tasty light cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml cherry liqueur mad rooster and 50ml ice cream vanilla with 30ml strawberry and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just chill glass then add scoop of vanilla ice cream to glass and clean and cut strawberries to glass. Pour cheey liqueur over all and serve with a cocktail spork for eating and served in a saucer glass cold.
