Method - Shaken - Cold

Brew tea and chill.
Add ice to shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Strain into glass.
Garnish with lemon tapioca balls.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Chai Liqueur Tamborine Mountain - Tamborine Mountain Chai Liqueur with cinnamon and spiced honey at the onset rounded by notes of ginger and exotic spices like black tea cinnamon fennel clove and black pepper.

Shaken with 30ml lemon juice and 30ml chai liqueur tamborine mountain with 20ml tea as well as 20ml lemonade juice including 10ml lemonade syrup also 100ml ice and best served with fish and seafood dishes. Just brew tea and chill then add ice to shaker and add all ingredients to shaker. Shake well and strain into glass and garnish with lemon tapioca balls and served in a saucer glass cold.
