Lemon Roast is sweet and piquant strong cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml lemon liqueur pietro gallo and 10ml lemonade juice with 10ml candied lemonade as well as 10ml lemonade syrup including 100ml ice and good with roasted or barbecue foods. Just chill glass then cut candied lemonade into fine brunoise and place ice into shaker. Add all ingredients to shaker and shake well and pour all into glass and garnish with candied lemonade zest and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
