Method
  1. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  2. Dry shake without ice.
  3. Alow to rest.
  4. Shake well again fluffy and bubbly.
  5. Strain into glass.
  6. Garnish with meringue.

Lemon Meringue is sharp strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml lemon liqueur solbevi and 30ml vodka pavlova with 20ml lemon juice as well as 20ml egg white including 100ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add all ingredients to shaker then dry shake without ice and alow to rest. Shake well again fluffy and bubbly and strain into glass and garnish with meringue and served in a saucer glass cold.
