Lemon Highlander is pleasurable full strength cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Built with 30ml whisky scotch aberfeldy and 15ml lemon liqueur lazzaroni with 15ml whisky liqueur drambuie as well as 100ml ice and best with lunch. Just pack ice into shot glass then add shot of highlander whisky and pour in lemon liqueur. Splash in a little drambuie and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
