Add ice to tall glass.
Splash on the bitters
Top glass with lemon soda.

Bitters - Bitters is a very strong alcoholic liquid flavored with botanical herbs and spices and are always strong in flavor.

Lemon Soda - Lemon soda is carbonated water with a strong lemon flavour made from lemon citrus.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Lemon Fan is thirst quenching light in flavour cocktail at 0.3 standard drinks. Built with 10ml bitters and 90ml lemon soda with 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to tall glass then splash on the bitters and top glass with lemon soda and served in a highball glass cold.
