Campari - Campari is an capsicum liqueur considered an aparitif obtained from the infusion of extract of capsicum herbs and fruit in alcohol and water. It is a bitter characterised by its dark red colour.

Gin Bulldog - Bulldog gin is defiantly delicious and balanced flavour and crisp character of Bulldog Gin is infused with 12 of the rarest most distinctive botanicals.

Almond Liqueur - Almond Liqueur flavoured from almonds and aged in alcohol.

Orange Juice - Orange Juice is fruit citrus liquid with clean sweet or sour taste and is orange in color with low acid level.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Le Shamrock Rouge is tasty quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 45ml campari and 15ml gin bulldog with 10ml almond liqueur as well as 30ml orange juice including 190ml ice and best with morning tea snacks. Just add ice to glass then pour in gin and add campari. Add orange juice and drizzle almond liqueur on top, and served in a highball glass cold.
