Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass.
Stir ingredients together until mixed.
Prong strain into glass.

Gin Artemis - Artemis gin is a juniper gin with vibrant citrus aromas created from the vacuum distillation of traditional botanicals.

Orange Liqueur - Orange liqueur is also called triple sec meaning tripple destilled and comes as a sweet or dry and colored or colorless orange citrus flavoured liqueur.

Rum - Rum is a distilled alcoholic beverage made from sugarcane byproducts such as molasses or directly from sugarcane juice by a process of fermentation and distillation a clear liquid is then usually aged in oak barrels.

Grenadine - Grenadine is a pomegranate syrup and commonly used as a bar syrup. Its tart and sweet with a deep red colour.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Le Givre is flavoursome robust cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml gin artemis and 30ml orange liqueur with 10ml rum as well as 10ml grenadine including 10ml lemon juice also 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just place ice into mixing glass then pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Prong strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
