Method - Poured - Cold

Use ice cold glass.
Add schoop of ice cream to glass.
Pour in tangelo liqueur and whisky over ice cream.
Serve with a cocktail spoon.

Just use ice cold glass then add schoop of ice cream to glass and pour in tangelo liqueur and whisky over ice cream and serve with a cocktail spoon and served in a saucer glass cold.
