Last Evening is very palatable quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Built with 30ml vodka gold smirnoff and 70ml sparkling wine white and best with morning tea snacks. Just chill glass until very cold then add vodka to glass and pour in sparkling white wine and served in a flute glass cold.
