  1. Place ice into glass.
  2. Add shot of red umeshu to glass.
  3. Float soda water.
  4. Float gold umeshu on top.

Land of the Rising Sun is good looking medium cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Layered with 30ml umeshu kikkoman and 40ml soda water with 30ml umeshu choya gold as well as 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just place ice into glass then add shot of red umeshu to glass and float soda water. Float gold umeshu on top and served in a highball glass cold.
