Method - Stirred - Room Temperature

Add roasted apple pulp to glass.
Stir in the spiced sugar syrup.
Slowly stir in the ale.
Good with a yummy burger.

Beer Brew Ale - Ale Beer is a type of beer brewed using a warm fermentation method resulting in a sweet full bodied and fruity taste and historically the term referred to a drink brewed without hops.

Apple Pulp - Apple pulp is apple cut and mashed into small pices and can be spiced and flavored balanced with sugar.

Sugar Syrup Spiced - Spiced sugar syrup is cooked with water and with spices like star anise and allspice nutmeg cinnamon cloves ginger and cardamom and aged fruit such as orange peel raisins currants and apples.

Lambs Wool Classic is pleasurable diluted cocktail at 0.7 standard drinks. Stirred with 220ml beer brew ale and 60ml apple pulp with 10ml sugar syrup spiced and best with morning tea snacks. Just add roasted apple pulp to glass then stir in the spiced sugar syrup and slowly stir in the ale and good with a yummy burger and served in a highball glass at room temperature.
