Method
  1. Place ice into tumbler style glass.
  2. Add in nip of gin.
  3. Pour in a little sugar syrup.
  4. Add the soda water.
  5. Top with champagne.
  6. Dress with long sprig of mint.

La Premiere is rajeunissant full bodied cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Built with 30ml gin dry finders and 10ml sugar syrup with 30ml soda water as well as 30ml champagne including 190ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just place ice into tumbler style glass then add in nip of gin and pour in a little sugar syrup. Add the soda water and top with champagne and dress with long sprig of mint and served in a highball glass cold.
