La Guaya is moreish quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 10ml gin and 10ml rum fernandes black label with 10ml whisky scotch 25year linkwood as well as 10ml rum gold amber including 10ml brandy also 10ml orange liqueur together with 10ml grenadine and 30ml orange juice along with 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just fill glass with ice then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
