La Berceuse is yum yum strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml tequila blanco gran orendain and 10ml absinthe doubs with 10ml agave syrup as well as 10ml lemon juice including 10ml strawberry pulp also 30ml soda water together with 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice then add ingredients to mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Pour into glass over ice and served in a highball glass cold.
