Method - Poured - Cold

Place ice into shot rocks glass.
Add in ginger beer.
Pour in shot of bourbon.
Top with root beer.

Ginger Beer - Ginger beer is a sweetened and carbonated usually non alcoholic beverage using ginger spice yeast and sugar.

Root Beer Soda - Root beer is a sweet North American soft drink traditionally made using the sassafras tree Sassafras albidum or the vine Smilax ornata as the primary flavor.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

LT Cowboy is delectable above average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml bourbon and 30ml ginger beer with 30ml root beer soda as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place ice into shot rocks glass then add in ginger beer and pour in shot of bourbon. Top with root beer and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
