Method - Stirred - Cold

Place ice into mixing glass.
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
Stir well.
Julep strain into glass.

Stirred with 30ml gin and 15ml vermouth with 10ml absinthe as well as 10ml maraschino liqueur including 10ml bitters orange also 15ml gum syrup together with 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack.
