Method
  1. Warm glass and heat consomme.
  2. Drop a few clean poacked prawns into glass.
  3. Add port wine to glass.
  4. Stir in the prawn consomme.
  5. Sprinkle the anisette bitters on top.
  6. Dop in long cocktail fork.

Krill is iuncidus watered down cocktail at 0.4 standard drinks. Built with 30ml port wine white and 50ml prawns cooked with 170ml consomme prawn and good to have with brunch. Just warm glass and heat consomme then drop a few clean poacked prawns into glass and add port wine to glass. Stir in the prawn consomme and sprinkle the anisette bitters on top and dop in long cocktail fork and served in a coffee glass warm.
