Method
  1. Fill glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Dry shake without ice.
  4. Pour into glass over ice.
  5. Garnish with tropical fruit.

Kon Tiki Molokai is lovely quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 15ml brandy grape armagnac chateau de laubade and 15ml rum with 10ml bitters as well as 25ml lime juice including 25ml orange liqueur also 10ml fassionola syrup together with 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just fill glass with ice then add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake without ice. Pour into glass over ice and garnish with tropical fruit and served in a highball glass cold.
