  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Stir ingredients together until mixed.
  4. Drizzle honey inside of glass.
  5. Hawthorne strain into glass.

Klondike Classic is dainty very strong cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Stirred with 45ml whisky liqueur yukon jack and 45ml whisky cream irish baileys with 100ml ice and best with an entree or small snack. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and stir ingredients together until mixed. Drizzle honey inside of glass and hawthorne strain into glass and served in a martini glass cold.
