Klondike is nice looking strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Blended with 40ml tequila 1800 anejo and 20ml cognac alize bleu with 10ml lime juice as well as 30ml mandarin juice including 10ml noyeau syrup also 10ml curacao blue continental together with 120ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add ice to blender then add all ingredients to blender, less blue curacao and blend until very smooth. Pour into glass and pour blue curacao into center of glass and served in a poco grande glass cold.
