Method
  1. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  2. Vigorously shake.
  3. Add ice to shaker.
  4. Shake well again.
  5. Julep strain into glass.
  6. Very Enjoyable

Gin Sloe Willing - Willing Sloe Gin we have steeped Rosellas or Native Hibiscus Flowers in dry gin for a month with sugar.

Kiss The Boys Goodbye is very enjoyable robust cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml brandy metaxa 7 star and 30ml gin sloe willing with 15ml lemon juice as well as 15ml egg white including 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add all ingredients to shaker then vigorously shake and add ice to shaker. Shake well again and julep strain into glass and served in a saucer glass cold.
