Method
  1. Add ice to mixing glass.
  2. Pour all ingredients into mixing glass.
  3. Dry stir well in the absence of ice.
  4. Fine strain into cocktail glass.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Kings Jubilee is pleasant tasting very strong cocktail at 1.8 standard drinks. Stirred with 60ml rum liqueur rumona and 15ml maraschino liqueur with 15ml lemon juice and best at tea time. Just add ice to mixing glass then pour all ingredients into mixing glass and dry stir well in the absence of ice. Fine strain into cocktail glass and served in a martini glass at room temperature.
