Method
  1. Add a little ice cubes into bar shaker.
  2. Add all ingredients to shaker.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Pour all into glass.
  5. Top glass with ice.

Whisky Rye Rittenhouse - Rittenhouse straight rye whisky is mahogany in color with the smell of fruits toffee and sweet peppers with a Clean taste rich cocoa citrus cinnamon nutmeg and vanilla.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Kentucky Collins Classic is flavoursome heavy cocktail at 2.8 standard drinks. Shaken with 70ml whisky rye rittenhouse and 30ml lemon juice with 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just add a little ice cubes into bar shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour all into glass and top glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
