Kemerovo is energizing weak cocktail at 1.2 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml vodka burleigh and 30ml cloudberry liqueur with 190ml tea and good with afternoon tea. Just bew long black tea then heat up the serving glass and pour in the vodka and liqueur. Stir in the hot tea and served in a coffee glass warm.
