Kangaroo Puff is yummy smooth cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml macadamia liqueur and 70ml macadamia milk with 60ml soda water as well as 10ml macadamia pulp including 100ml ice and good to have with brunch. Just add ice to shaker then add all ingredients to shaker, less soda and shake well. Strain into glass and add soda and garnish with a macadamia nut and served in a goblet glass cold.
