Place ice into glass.
Pour in umeshu liqueur.
Add half a shot of gin.
Pour in yuzu juice.
Top glass with tonic soda.

Built with 30ml umeshu choya and 15ml gin yuzu 23rd street with 10ml yuzu juice as well as 35ml tonic water including 100ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just place ice into glass then pour in umeshu liqueur and add half a shot of gin. Pour in yuzu juice and top glass with tonic soda and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
