  1. Warm servin glass.
  2. Add in the fortified wine.
  3. Pour in the sloe gin.
  4. Add the red wine.
  5. Stir in the hot water.

Junto is dainty average cocktail at 1.3 standard drinks. Stirred with 15ml fortified wine and 15ml gin sloe sipsmith with 60ml wine red claret as well as 60ml water hot and had with cheese style dishes. Just warm servin glass then add in the fortified wine and pour in the sloe gin. Add the red wine and stir in the hot water and served in a wine glass warm.
