Method - Poured - Cold

Place rum liqueur into glass.
Pour in almond milk.
Drop a few candied almonds on top.

Rum Liqueur Rumona - Rumona is a jamaican rum base liqueur and is made by Wray and Nephew in Kingston Jamaica.

Almond Milk - Milk made from almonds.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Candied Almond - Almond candied with caramel and made by toasting then coating the almond in sugar.

Judge Not is fortifying full bodied cocktail at 1.1 standard drinks. Built with 45ml rum liqueur rumona and 45ml almond milk with 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place rum liqueur into glass then pour in almond milk and drop a few candied almonds on top and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
