John Recon is scrummy average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Stirred with 30ml vodka and 15ml birch syrup with 55ml water as well as 190ml ice and served for or with tiffins. Just add a little ice to glass then pour in the vodka and syrup and stir in the water. Top glass with ice and served in a highball glass cold.
