Method - Shaken - Cold

Add half the ice to shaker.
Pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice.
Quick shake.
Pour every thing into glass.
Top glass with ice.
Ornament with berries.

Applejack - Applejack is a strong apple flavoured alcoholic drink produced from apples.

Sugar Syrup - Sugar syrup or sirup is a condiment that is a thick viscous liquid consisting primarily of a solution of sugar in water and made by cooking water and sugar together.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Ice - Ice is water frozen into a solid state and can come in wet ice cubes and dry ice cubes and is used to chill cold and lightly delute cocktails to make them smoother.

Jersey Sour Classic is smaakvol very strong cocktail at 1.9 standard drinks. Shaken with 60ml applejack and 15ml sugar syrup with 15ml lemon juice as well as 190ml ice and best served with farinaceous starchy dishes. Just add half the ice to shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and quick shake. Pour every thing into glass and top glass with ice and ornament with berries and served in a highball glass cold.
