Jemalong is delightful full bodied cocktail at 2 standard drinks. Built with 45ml gin navy strength wildbrumby and 15ml finger lime juice with 55ml soda water as well as 55ml tonic water including 130ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add finger lime pearls into glass then place ice cubes into glass and pour in strong gin. Add finger lime juice and pour in tonic and soda water and served in a goblet glass cold.
