Method
  1. Add ice to shaker.
  2. Add pinch of salt.
  3. Pour in vodka and orange liqueur.
  4. Spash in bitters.
  5. Quick shake to mix.
  6. Fine strain into glass.

Jealous Queen is energizing full strength cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Shaken with 30ml vodka and 15ml orange liqueur with 15ml bitters kenny as well as 100ml ice and best with vegetable and vegetarian dishes. Just add ice to shaker then add pinch of salt and pour in vodka and orange liqueur. Spash in bitters and quick shake to mix and fine strain into glass and served in a liqueur glass cold.
