Lemon Juice

Sushi Nigiri Hirame

28% Alcohol By Volume

Method - Shaken - Cold

Place a small amount of ice into shaker.
Add all ingredients to shaker.
Shake well.
Pour everything into glass.
Add more ice to glass.
Good with salmon and eel sushi.
Delectable

Whisky Toki - Toki Whisky and Toki means time in Japanese and its innovative spirit to create blended Japanese whisky.

Lemon Juice - Juice of the lemon is about 5 to 6 percent citric acid with a pH of around 2.2 giving it a sour taste.

Japanese Collins Classic is delectable very strong cocktail at 2.2 standard drinks. Shaken with 70ml whisky toki and 30ml lemon juice with 190ml ice and best at tea time. Just place a small amount of ice into shaker then add all ingredients to shaker and shake well. Pour everything into glass and add more ice to glass and good with salmon and eel sushi and served in a highball glass cold.
