Jan Smuts is delightful average cocktail at 1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml caperitif and 15ml gin old kempton with 25ml pomegranate juice as well as 30ml tonic water including 190ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just add ice to glass then add gin to glass and add pomegranate juice to glass. Add capeitif and top with tonic water and served in a highball glass cold.
