Method
  1. Place ice into drinks mixing glass.
  2. Pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass.
  3. Stir well until mixed.
  4. Fine strain into cocktail glass.
  5. Garnish top with apple.

James Town is me shije quite strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Stirred with 20ml bourbon james e pepper and 20ml bourbon old bardstown with 50ml apple juice as well as 100ml ice and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just place ice into drinks mixing glass then pour ingredients into cocktail mixing glass and stir well until mixed. Fine strain into cocktail glass and garnish top with apple and served in a martini glass cold.
