James Island is freshening strong cocktail at 2.1 standard drinks. Built with 30ml bourbon james e pepper and 30ml rum spiced island rum with 100ml pineapple james queen and good with afternoon tea. Just cube pineapple and add to glass then pour in the bourbon and add the spiced island rum and drop cocktail fork into glass and served in a highball glass cold.
