Jamaican Ginger Beer is dainty quite strong cocktail at 1.7 standard drinks. Built with 30ml rum overproof plantation and 70ml ginger beer with 190ml ice and best with lunch. Just put ice cubes into glass then add shot of rich dark rum and top with ginger beer and serve with jamaican meat patties on the side and served in a highball glass cold.
