Jamaica Rum Sour is rejuvenating quite strong cocktail at 1.6 standard drinks. Shaken with 45ml rum appleton estate 12year and 30ml lemon juice with 15ml sugar syrup as well as 100ml ice and good with afternoon tea. Just place a small amount of ice into shaker then pour ingredients into bar shaker over ice and shake the hell out of it. Pour everything into glass and add more ice to glass and served in a old fashioned glass cold.
