Jade is suculento strong cocktail at 1.4 standard drinks. Built with 15ml curacao blue and 15ml honeydew melon liqueur with 10ml bitters as well as 10ml lime including 50ml sparkling wine white and served before a meal to stimulate appetite. Just add bitter to blttom of glass then add half a nip of blue curacao and add honeydew melon liqueur. Add lime juice and bitters and finish with sparkling white wine and stir a litttle and served in a flute glass cold.
